• To respond to your enquiry, scoping call request or RFP.
• To prepare and manage proposals and engagements you ask for.
• To understand how the website is used, so we can improve it.

We do not sell personal data, and we do not use your enquiry for unrelated marketing.

We process personal data with your consent and to take steps you request before entering into a contract, in line with India's Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 and, for visitors in the European Union, the GDPR.

Who we share it with

Service providers that host this website, deliver our email and store our records, under terms that require them to protect it. Website form submissions, including any documents you attach, are delivered to our inbox by FormSubmit (formsubmit.co). We may disclose data where the law requires.

How long we keep it

Enquiries that do not lead to an engagement are deleted within 24 months. Engagement records are kept for as long as contracts and law require.

You can ask to access, correct or delete your personal data, or withdraw consent, by writing to sachin@wellcerts.com. We respond within 30 days.
