WELL advisory can be combined. You can engage us for the feasibility assessment, the indoor air quality audit and certification support together. The independent checks come from on-site testing by an approved Performance Testing Provider and from IWBI's project review.

WELL Certification is awarded by IWBI, with project review through GBCI. On-site performance testing is carried out by an approved Performance Testing Provider. We provide advisory, documentation and submittal management. WELL certifies projects and spaces, not products or companies.

No. It is evidenced through policies, procedures and documentation.
Is it the same as WELL Certification?
No. WELL Certification covers all ten WELL concepts and includes performance testing. The Health-Safety Rating focuses on operations.
Can several locations be rated together?
Yes. Multi-site organisations can pursue the rating across a portfolio, which we plan as one programme.
Does the rating need renewing?
Yes. We set up the documentation so that renewal is routine.
