WELL Certification is awarded by IWBI, with project review through GBCI. On-site performance testing is carried out by an approved Performance Testing Provider. We provide advisory, documentation and submittal management. WELL certifies projects and spaces, not products or companies.

Who carries out the on-site performance testing?
An approved Performance Testing Provider. We schedule the testing and prepare your space so it is ready on the day.
How long does WELL certification take?
It depends mainly on when the space is complete enough for performance testing. We give you a dated plan at registration.
Can you guarantee a certification level?
No one can. We target a level the feasibility work shows is achievable and track every feature against it.
What happens after the award?
WELL Certification has to be renewed through recertification. We hand over a calendar of the policies, testing and records that keep it current.
