Indoor air quality and environmental audit
Instrument-based measurement of PM2.5, PM10, CO2, TVOC, light, thermal comfort and acoustics against published WELL thresholds.
Service detailsWELL · Advisory
For organisations that want to show measured, ongoing indoor environmental performance rather than a one-time design achievement.
WELL advisory can be combined. You can engage us for the feasibility assessment, the indoor air quality audit and certification support together. The independent checks come from on-site testing by an approved Performance Testing Provider and from IWBI's project review.
WELL Certification is awarded by IWBI, with project review through GBCI. On-site performance testing is carried out by an approved Performance Testing Provider. We provide advisory, documentation and submittal management. WELL certifies projects and spaces, not products or companies.
Every engagement is planned around your deadline. You receive a dated plan with the written scope.
